Grace and Nick

I first met Grace and Nick on their engagement session last year as we bopped around to different locations in Apple Hill chasing light and fall color. Not only were they so sweet with each other, but their inherent kindness was felt by me. Lovely, wonderful people. Fast forward a year, and now they are married.   Let me just say, THIS wedding! Right out of the gate, Julie and Nick grabbed at your heart with their joy and kindness, where you instantly felt like you were where you were supposed to be. What a gift they have, and it got double-activated as they expressed their love for each other in a beautiful riverside ceremony. Camp Lotus and the South Fork were decked out in lanterns, river-themed seating charts and tables along with their favorite raft, “the shredder”. These two re-found their love for each other while traveling, skiing, camping and rafting after a long time

Friends of friends of friends. How lucky I am to have a business that has grown in the same location for over two decades and its livelihood is predominantly from referrals. My favorite customer! I was so happy when Lindsey reached out after Veronica and Josh’s wedding, and through our connection with the San Miguel family, Madison and Hailey whom I’ve been photographing since pre-school. Mom, Julie came along to help with the grandkids, dancing and carrying on behind my camera. I’m pleased with this series of images, though admittedly it wasn’t easy getting them. Sometimes it is, sometimes it’s
