This is one of those posts that is going to elicit a chorus of “Awwww!” from everyone who visits it. The rosebud lips, the chubby arms, the strand of pearls, the HUGE smile… How can you not swoon? This little girl is a DOLL!.
I have known mom and dad, John and Elisha, for 4 years now. Just 3 years ago, they were married at this same location: the beautiful Fausel Ranch. (Take a peek at their gorgeous wedding here and notice how they don’t look ANY different. Could have been yesterday.) So, it seemed fitting that we return to Fausel for Teagan’s first birthday session, our third session of their baby package (6 week session | 6 month session)
Teagan’s sister, Madison, also came along to our session and, since she celebrated sweet-sixteen recently, we decided to add-in a little time for her to twirl around in a beautiful aquamarine formal dress.
Gah! Could this session get any prettier???
Many thanks to Deanna Fausel for letting us use the ranch for this session, and for bringing out her new farm-dog puppy that made Teagan’s day, for sure, extending her pretty smiles. If only I could manage to bring my own, traveling puppy to entertain young children at all my shoots, I have a feeling I’d never have to beg for a smile again. But then again.. reflectors, cameras, lenses, AND puppies? Maybe I’m being a little overambitious.
