Pondo senior photographer

A few years back I had the pleasure of photographing Alec’s sister, Ally. This time around it was for Alec, the youngest of Avis and Andy.  As my friends and clientele know, I’m a music lover. When Alec wanted to include his drum kit and drumming in his senior photographs, I was “jazzed”. And then, I was only a little surprised, “Wait, we’re headed down to the river with his kit?” Yes, we were with the help of his roadie parents. However, as Quincy Jones said, “There are two things you can’t live without. Water and music” and it appears…

Of course, this Cal Poly Environmental Science major (to be) can easily become “one” with these beautiful branches of an old fallen tree in a field of late afternoon light. Kaitlin is as kind as they come and those green eyes and gorgeous whispy locks frame that beautiful smile thAt sets you at ease the moment you meet her. Ember (my assistant) and I had such a great time playing in the late afternoon light with Kaitlin and her mom. Honestly, I think being in the creative flow AND playing in the late afternoon light is my most favorite place…

Claire is thoughtfully reflective. As an aspiring author, she spends a lot of time reading and writing stories with fantasy being her favorite genre. She also makes beautiful jewelry which she wore(and I photographed) during her senior session.

This was my third time photographing Brianna and thinking back, the first time, she was just a young girl of ten. Fast forward eight years and she still carries so much beauty, kindness and a gorgeous smile that lights up her face.
