Nicole & Treb Wedding ~ Citizen Hotel, July 11, 2009

Nicole and Treb had to change their wedding venue midway through their plans as their original venue seemed to be going out of business(accent on “seemed” which is not a great feeling for a couple who were planning a very large wedding). Shift forward to the Citizen Hotel in downtown Sacramento and one starts to wonder if it was meant to be. A gorgeous, classy and modern hotel with a flavor of politics added in due to it’s location and tremendous views of the Capital. We had such a great time exploring all the nooks and crannies and fabulous decor of this hotel and choosing many of them as a canvas backdrop to Nicole and Treb’s celebration. The day started with a surprise ring that Treb was going to give to Nicole at some undefined time (his cue was to tug on his ear so that I knew what was coming) …and ended with the delivery of it on their suite terrace overlooking the Capital. The photographs say it all! A fun group of family and friends and beautifully coordinated by Catriona of Arcularius Events. The gorgeous flowers were done by Ambience Floral Design.
