Julianne and Daniel chose to get married on 12-13-14 at Haggin Oaks Golf Club in Sacramento. This was the last sequential day for 20 years and also the anniversary of their first meeting at MIX, a dance club in Sacramento, where Julianne decided to passed along her phone number to Daniel. They texted all night long and well, the rest is history.
Julianne told me early on that they are both laid back and that the most important thing at the end of the day is that they are “husband and wife”. They were so grateful that they got to celebrate with their family and friends and they just wanted the whole day to be fun…the rest, in between, is how it will go and they will take it all in stride…and they did- and they had such a great time doing it too! We had so much fun with them. Easy going, playful, fun, connected, laughing all the time, genuine, the way they look at each other, the friends they choose, the family that surrounds and supports them…these are some of the big things that happiness is made out of. Click here for a slideshow of their day! (Be sure to watch on a main computer or a non i-device that supports Adobe Flash).
Thanks to Julianne and Daniel, for trusting me to capture these memories for you, to Meryll and Chris for understanding the importance of it and to my team of Doug Miranda and Riley for being so great to work with!
The next time a sequential date happens will be 01-02-34 and Julianne and Daniel will have just celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary. How cool is that?

I have a series of images like this from over the years. A friend who caught the first one titled it “The Huntress”…and I guess I always am in pursuit of a tasty image…(and maybe a cat nap too), thanks Doug!
