All I can say is COUNT ME IN!
and thank you, Jack- for my first cap and gown/motocross session. It was both fun and challenging which is a great combination. I’ve previously done snowboard parks, All-Star Karting, skiing, quads and mountain biking- but this was a first. I had to do some test runs to find the best low angles that allowed for both light and empty space for Jack to fly through to separate him from the background and discovered quickly that I could not move the jumping obstacles to where I wanted them …sigh. I kept sending him back for another loop. He didn’t care. He was stoked that his senior session turned into a photo session showcasing his motocross passion. And he was so good. He just kept jumping and flying while I kept making little adjustments to capture it in the best way I knew how to.
Of course, we got some pics for Mom before everyone got muddy, but I swear she was just as into the motocross part. Dad loved it too- clearly something they share. This fall, Jack is planning to attend Folsom Lake College as well as continue his passion for motocross and snowboarding. His advice for incoming high schoolers is, “Graduate early- that’s the way to do it!” In ten years you’ll likely find him in a CalFire uniform. Congrats Jack and thank you! That was super fun!
