I had such a great time in San Francisco capturing some of the life that is now Lisa, Dave and Ramona’s to share! I lived in SF for a few years before moving to the East Bay back in the late 80’s early 90’s and I enjoyed being in some of my old neighborhoods.
After Lisa picked me up in the Mission at the Bart station, we headed back to their home. I finally got to meet Dave who was getting Ramona up from a nap. We hit a few of their favorite spots in the neighborhood as a family before dropping Ramona off at a friend’s house. Love that playful, spunky and sweet kid! She is one lucky girl!
Lisa and Dave have an energy together that is palpable- you can’t help but to feel their joy when you’re around them. Sure, they wanted to have some beautiful photographs made together but what rose above it all was how comfortable they are with each other. There was so much laughter and fun. We ended the session on Tank Hill, overlooking the city, and the location where Dave proposed to Lisa. I left the city with with big smile on my face.
Lisa and Dave met during the pandemic and will marry in a park in the Presidio overlooking the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge this April. I can’t wait!
