When longterm clients become longtime friends, I know that my business is exactly everything I’d hoped it to be. That’s what it is like with the Anderson family. I met them when their youngest child Ryan was still an infant and have been blessed to watch them grow and evolve as a family ever since. Even with their busy schedules (full-time jobs for both mom and dad, plus part-time soccer coaching, along with soccer playing for the kids) they still are able to find time for annual family photography. Even if that means a sunset arrival for their afternoon session! Doesn’t matter; when you’re as tight and adaptive as this fun family is, racing the sun is just par for the course, and certainly nothing they can’t handle.
Once parents and kids tumbled out of the car at Sly Park Lake we immediately set to work on the photography. The late autumn sun will wait for no one! This foursome proved to be as playful and energetic as usual, striking fun poses while flashing those winning smiles that I know and love. I had a blast chasing Taylor and Ryan across the rocky shore as they tumbled after one another, Jessica and Bret looking on and cracking up as they teetered and tottered. So much warmth and affection in this lively family, it makes my heart swell.
Thank you Anderson family for inviting me to document your bond yet again! After enjoying these latest images, take a peek at all of your previous sessions (minus a few from the early years) here: https://www.lisarichmondphotography.com/blog/lisarichmond/?s=Anderson. There is so much good stuff in the there from over the years, and I really loved taking a trip down memory lane by going through them all. It was just one more reminder of how you have grown with my business, which I truly cherish. I couldn’t feel luckier to call you my friends.
Hugs,
Lisa
